Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at The Pleasure Boutique Store! We appreciate your business and would like to provide you with the best quality of service there is. At this time, we do not offer returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or sent the wrong item and in this case, we will further investigate. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or defective products may be returned to Thepleasureboutiquestore.com. In this case, please email us at support@thepleasureboutiquestore.com with your order confirmation number, your case, and attachments of photo images and a video of the damaged or defective product(s). We will then decide if the item(s) is non-returnable, exchangeable or a store credit will be issued. 

You will have 24-48 from the date of accepted delivery to email us regarding your issue

Any item that has any sign of use or self-related damage will not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept items that have been opened, used or altered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns, you are more than welcome to cancel your order - if it hasn't been packed or moved to the shipping process. 

Once your shipment is shipped and you have received your tracking information, you can no longer make changes to your order.
