Do we have a physical location?

  • No, we do not have a physical store. We are a online boutique. 

If you don't have a physical store, how will I receive my items so quickly?

  • We, The Pleasure Boutique, are owners to all products being sold through our online store. No third parties involved.

Do we offer selling at Pop-Up Shops?

Events

I have a personal event coming up. How do I inquire about a personal selling experience?

  • Please fill out a contact form in the "Contact" tab with information regarding your event or email us @ PrivateEvents@thepleasureboutiquestore.com.

 

Shipping

When will my order ship? 

  • Your order will be shipped once processed. Processing normally takes 1-3 days depending on the time of the year.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

  • A lead time of 1-3 business days once you place your order. At this time, our processing time is 1-3 days. Depending on your choice of delivery method, 1-5 days after you receive your tracking number. Due to COVID, once your package has shipped, the delivery time may take longer than the original delivery option you chose.  The extended delivery times are out of our control. Once you receive a tracking number, you will be able to keep track of your package. Processing time and shipping times are two completely different processes. By purchasing from The Pleasure Boutique Store, you agree to these terms. Subject to change during holiday or promotional periods

Do we offer outbound shipping?

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries outside of the United States.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

  • When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Double check that you provided the correct address. Once an order has shipped, The Pleasure Boutique Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation if applicable. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

 

Completing A Order

Do we offer local delivery? 

  • Yes we do. At the moment we

Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.

Can I cancel my order? 

  • Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you are more than welcome to cancel your order - if it has not been packed or moved to the shipping process. Once your shipment is shipped and you have received your tracking information, you can no longer make changes to your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges, refunds?

  • At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you are sent the wrong item, your item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Email us in this case. Otherwise, All items for purchase are final sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Can I return a product that has been damaged or defected?

  • Yes, only in this case will we would be able to accept returns. You will have a 24-48 hour window from the time of delivery to email us @ support@thepleasureboutiquestore.com with your order confirmation number, your case, and attachments (photos and videos) of the damaged or defective items(s). Any item that has any sign of use or self related damage will not be accepted. Any items returned without prior confirmation of return, will not be accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes.

  • At checkout, a gift card’s value will be subtracted from the order total. This includes tax and shipping.

How long do I have to redeem my Pleasure Boutique Store Virtual Gift Card?

  • Our gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase. 

Do we send plastic gift cards?

  • No, our gift cards are sent virtually and can be printed as a PDF.

Can I use more than one gift card on an order?

  • Yes. you can apply multiple gift cards to an order.

Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?

  • When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

I want buy a gift card for someone, how would they get it? 

  • As a customer, you will have to foward the gift card email to them through email.
